Woodall Films in partnership with Cystal Cove Media filmed Drew Brophy’s newest episode of The Paint Shop which follows the creative life of Southern California’s premiere surf-style artist, Drew Brophy. The new season is airing in over 4.0 Million households in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and Arizona on Time Warner, Cox, and PSTV. As an avid surfer and traveler living in San Clemente, Brophyportrays his distinctive style using contemporary canvases such as surf boards, motorcycles, apparel, and more. His philosophies are humble, explaining that his “job is to make things look cool”. He developed his simple but profound mantra while traveling the globe in his youth, selling his artwork to fund his surfing adventures.

Brophy pioneered the art of surfboard painting using Uni-Posca water-based paint pens creating strikingly vibrant artwork. His clients include: Kid Rock, Motley Crue’s Vince Neil, and Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder.

Join them as they delve into the history and culture of famous cities like Laguna Beach, San Clemente, San Louis Obispo, La Jolla, and more. From riding buggies over the famous sand dunes on the shores of Pismo Beach, to playing a round at the celebrated Torrey Pines golf course, Perk and Julienne explore “fun things guys can do, and fun things girls can do”.

Beach Town takes explores some of California’s most fascinating coast cities in a new travel series that will have viewers wanting to leave their worries behind and head to the beach! In each episode, we’ll escape to a new city on the sand as we discover what makes each beach town special. We explore towns from both a girl’s and guy’s point of view by visiting trendy boutiques and secret surf spots, while we meet the interesting residents that call each town their home. We also show fun and romantic date destinations for adventurous couples.
