As an avid surfer and traveler living in San Clemente, Brophyportrays his distinctive style using contemporary canvases such as surf boards, motorcycles, apparel, and more. His philosophies are humble, explaining that his “job is to make things look cool”. He developed his simple but profound mantra while traveling the globe in his youth, selling his artwork to fund his surfing adventures.
Brophy pioneered the art of surfboard painting using Uni-Posca water-based paint pens creating strikingly vibrant artwork. His clients include: Kid Rock, Motley Crue’s Vince Neil, and Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder.
