Woodall Films in partnership with Cystal Cove Media filmed Drew Brophy’s newest episode of The Paint Shop which follows the creative life of Southern California’s premiere surf-style artist, Drew Brophy.  The new season is airing in over 4.0 Million households in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and Arizona on Time Warner, Cox, and PSTV. As an avid surfer and traveler living in San Clemente, Brophyportrays his distinctive style using contemporary canvases such as surf boards, motorcycles, apparel, and more. His philosophies are humble, explaining that his “job is to make things look cool”. He developed his simple but profound mantra while traveling the globe in his youth, selling his artwork to fund his surfing adventures.

Brophy pioneered the art of surfboard painting using Uni-Posca water-based paint pens creating strikingly vibrant artwork. His clients include: Kid Rock, Motley Crue’s Vince Neil, and Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder.
